    Permission I hereby granted, upon an agreement entered into between musical monogram, LLC and any person between which this agreement stands. All agreements are binding and may not be reversed. Any work booked through musical monograms may be used solely for this event and shared for purposes thereby directed by the person or party for which the composition has been created and indicated on the agreement between and the responsible party on this document and Musical Monograms, LLC -  without any permission to: deviate, copy or modify, sell or transfer for any usage, or re-distribute for any purpose or additional events without penalty of law according to all copyright and liability of any laws associated to such usage. If such grievance is made, the purchaser will be held to the full extent of the law. All composition rights are reserved by the creators and composers of each composition as registered/copy written in any form through the individual composer(s) employed by musical monograms, LLC standing as a lawful an binding agreement from the date of the signed agreement. Full payment for use of the original composition of composers through Musical Monograms, LLC is required in full 30 days prior to any receipt and or delivery method of the composition. A non-refundable fee of 1/2 of the total purchase price and a signed and dated customer agreement, with acknowledgement of this disclosure is due at the time of booking in order to secure an original composition for a person or event with no derivative thereof. Composition price is based on the type of composition selected and indicated on the forms provided by Musical Monograms, LLC. Any requests/prices not listed on our site must be discussed and approved by the owner of Musical Monograms LLC. All prices must be agreed upon prior to signature of the binding agreement. This includes no permission to deviate, copy or modify, sell or transfer for any usage, or re-distribute for any purposes or events outside of the contract with buyer, or have any derivative work, without penalty of law. This original work contains all rights reserved to the composers hired and booked through Musical monograms business provision, including but not limited to: lyrics, music score of any style, and any digital or sound recording thereof. All composition rights are reserved by the creators and composers of each composition as registered/copy written through the individual composer(s) employed by musical monograms, LLC. All compositions and processes thereof are on an “as is” basis at the full discretion of the composer(s), from beginning to any and all final products, without any penalty or obligation. All shared usage of the original composition including but not limited to: social media, event related activity, individual or group listening, as well as printing or sharing in any form must include the copyright notice symbolizing Musical Monograms, LLC and the individual composers provided for each selected work.     In no event shall musical monograms, LLC , its owner, manager, composers, or any entity affiliated with it, be liable to any extent for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of this service and any of its documentation, processing, or any part of the creative process including but not limited to: lyrics, music score of any style, and any digital or sound recording thereof, even if there is any possibility or notification of such damage. Musical Monograms and its employers and any derivative, or individual or party associated to this business, has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, updates, enhancement, modification beyond the structure of contract decided upon by the composers through the documentation provided on this website. All final translations of each composition and business engagement are to be determined by the owner of Musical Monograms, LLC without prohibition or penalty.
