• Compositions are designed according to the composer’s inspiration for this request and based on the criteria below. It is our goal to reflect the style and depth of each person being honored. Titles of all compositions will be selected by the composers. Specific title requests may be submitted on this form and considered but may not be used. Client/buyer requests will not be considered unless all forms are completed, signed and dated, allowing 30 days for a final sound production. Longer /Other composition requests will be booked/accepted based on timing of the event and agreed upon between the client and Musical Monograms, LLC. Please make your selection:

  Description: Includes full orchestration with duration no longer than 5 minutes (vocal is considered an instrument), Sound recording (digital and CD), a Signature Keepsake Music Box. Duration is based on recording stop to end.

  Price: $8,000.00 
  Description: Includes full orchestration with duration no longer than 6-9 minutes (vocal is considered an instrument), Sound recording (digital and CD), a Signature Keepsake Music Box. Duration is based on recording stop to end.
